2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection of landscape photography prints, choose your desired image, select the size, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your order and shipping details.
3. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We offer standard shipping on all orders, and shipping costs are already included in the price of your print.
4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are processed and shipped via standard shipping methods.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but generally, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for orders to arrive after they are shipped.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all prints are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. How do I know the quality of the print?
We use museum-quality matte paper for all of our prints. This archival-grade material ensures that your artwork remains vibrant, sharp, and fade-resistant for many years.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for production. As our prints are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after the order has been confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
9. What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and we will either send a replacement or offer a refund.
