At Gage Prints, we want you to have the best experience when purchasing your artwork. We partner with Gelato for our print-on-demand services to ensure every order is carefully produced and shipped. This policy applies to orders within the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we begin processing it with Gelato. Each print is made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production. This timeframe depends on the nature of the order.

Shipping Times

After your order is processed and printed, it will be shipped to your address. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Shipping within the United States:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping to Canada:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note, these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to factors such as weather or customs.

Shipping Costs

We believe in providing an exceptional customer experience, so the cost of shipping is included in the price of your print. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout. We cover the shipping costs, ensuring that you receive your artwork with no hidden fees.

Packaging

Your prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials and reinforced packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Customs & Duties (Canada Orders)

For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the print or the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please reach out directly to the carrier. Should the issue be on our end, we will work closely with Gelato to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. For further details, please review our Return Policy.
