Return & Exchange Policy
At Gage Prints, we take pride in offering high-quality custom prints made with premium materials. Since each print is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the quality of the product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your print arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, please provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you to either replace the damaged item or offer a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are custom-made, prints are non-returnable unless defective. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order details before purchasing.
